Suspense

This project was created in 2022, it was my first project for my second year at college. 

My goal for this project was to create and bring alive a simple concept.  In this instance, the concept I came up with is a strategy survival game. Being placed into a creepy environment where a monster lies, you as the player need to manoeuvre though the tight hallways and open spaces. There are a few crawl spaces in which you can hide in.

As of now, there is no end game for this project. So feel free to explore and familiarise yourself with the layout, most importantly, have fun.

If you find yourself stuck or the enemy is locked on you, close the appellation and restart it.

When opening the game, you'll be faced with a black screen, this is only because the flashlight is toggled off. Just simply press F to turn it on.

When you are caught, you will be sent back to where you started.

To exit the game, press the windows key and close the application.

I apologise for the lack of UI in the project as this was when I was first starting to figure out how to create working menus. 

Controls:

Move - WASD

Toggle Flashlight - F

Sprint - Left Shift 

Crouch - C
